By way of introduction, I'll include the first things that come to mind when I think of my wife's sister. First off, I'd like to publicly thank her for showing interest in this here boring blog. She's the only person (my wife included) that brings it up in phone conversations and asks questions about statements she wants clarified. Secondly, she thinks she's a cat. She meows instead of leaving verbal messages in English on our voicemail. She seems to like "how to" books. I'm pretty sure she doesn't enjoy driving. I like her budget spreadsheets. She has given us some of the soundest future planning advice we've ever received. She wants us to move closer to her and that means a lot. Nobody else asks us to come be their neighbors.

20. What's the craziest thing you did in high school? I had a balcony off my bedroom and my dad installed some crazy lock on the sliding door to keep people from breaking in. One night I was talking on the phone very late and didn't want my parents to hear so I went on the balcony. When I tried to come back in, the sliding door automatcially locked and I couldn't get back in my room! So I climbed over the balcony and onto the roof...then I crawed very carefully over to the other side of the house where my sister's bedroom was. I knocked on my sister's window and tried to wake her up quietly so she could let me back in. Anyway, the plan back fired - I must have really freaked out my sister and she yelped, which woke up my mother. Needless to say my mother was pretty pissed off....at least she let me back inside!
