"Steed" (that was our name for the car) only made it 175,000 miles. I had hoped to ride him for double that, but it was not meant to be. We were cut off by a road hog making a double lane change to an immediate right turn. It had been raining all morning so the roads were wet. Now it is raining in my heart.
Last July someone tried to come into my left turn lane and inflicted the damage pictured below, so this really hasn't been my year. If you're wondering why I have ghetto rims, it's because they're the cheapest available at Wal-Mart. My first urban sob story involves the original Toyota hubcaps being stolen months after moving to San Diego.
